Having a journal practice is something I hear many women β€˜wish’ they could have but they struggle to show up or stay with it.

Many women have difficulty believing they have something worth writing, or that their privacy would be compromised, while others wonder where to even begin to journal.

That is to say the health of our minds, bodies and spirits.

Each month I will guide you through my custom journal prompts for 10 mornings, Live, + email prompts that will help you create a journal practice you’ll love to show up to.

When we create the space to self-reflect and connect, nourish our minds, replenish our bodies and open our hearts with ourselves first, we become so much more open to life and those we share our lives with.

  • There will be one Q&A evening each month to support you on your journal practice journey.
