Having a journal practice is something I hear many women βwishβ they could have but they struggle to show up or stay with it.
Many women have difficulty believing they have something worth writing, or that their privacy would be compromised, while others wonder where to even begin to journal.

That is to say the health of our minds, bodies and spirits.

I am here to help you create and connect to the meaningful journal practice you are longing for.

It is in community and with ourselves that we are both witnessed and the witnesser of ours and others emotions, our dreams, our lived experiences and challenges.

Join for 1 month, 2 months or all 3 months.
Each month I will guide you through my custom journal prompts for 10 mornings, Live, + email prompts that will help you create a journal practice youβll love to show up to.
When we create the space to self-reflect and connect, nourish our minds, replenish our bodies and open our hearts with ourselves first, we become so much more open to life and those we share our lives with.

Each Fall Session will be custom designed and themed with prompts to open your heart, mind and spirit and support your journal practice
These journeyβs are LIVE and recorded. For those in different time zones you can join the journeyβs via the recordings and still be in our community!
Youβll be invited into our private Facebook community group for more on journaling and support to keep going!
There will be one Q&A evening each month to support you on your journal practice journey.

MONTH TWO: October 16-20 & 23-27

*note, as life can happen to us all, if the above dates need to shift, you will be given as much notice as possible.
